Hello, I’m Masha. I am committed to creating a warm, trauma-informed, and practical space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported. Whether you are experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you.

To make sure you receive the support that best meets your needs, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, and IDT. Narrative and Transactional therapies can help you explore your story more deeply, understand the patterns and messages that may have shaped you, and begin to make sense of your experiences in a new way. CBT can be especially helpful for noticing and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, such as overthinking, self-doubt, and anxiety, and replacing them with more balanced and supportive ways of thinking. IDT helps you express thoughts and feelings when words might not be enough, offering another way to connect with what is happening inside.

I do not believe in forcing people into one way of working. In our sessions, we will focus on what feels most helpful to you, and together we can use the approaches that best suit your needs, pace, and story. As Carl Rogers wrote, “It is the client who knows what hurts, what directions to go, what problems are crucial, what experiences have been deeply buried.”
